Nossos compromissos

O PROFEC tem vários objetivos tais como, Capacitar, formar e educar grupos e pessoas para implementarmos trabahos de alta sustenção com conceito de auto gestão, assessorando-os através de projetos de "Educação Popular".

Os valores que permeiam as nossas ações são: Ética, Credibilidade, Respeito às diferenças, Qualidade de trabalho, fortalecimento de equipe profissional e Comunidade atendida, Incentivo à formação comunitãria, Formação de atores e interlocutores para a participação nas políticas públicas com dignidade e compromisso, visando a contrução de uma sociedade mais justa e fraterna.

Temos um compromisso com a unidade dos Cristãos através de um trabalho ecumênico voltado para integrar a Fé com a vida, priorizando o atendimento dos mais pobres , segregados pela injustiça social.

Trabalhamos com Crianças Jovens e adultos, ja atendemos mais de 5.000 pessoas e estamos situados na Baixada Fluminense Rio de Janeiro Brasil

INSTITUCIONAL MISSION: To enable, to form and to educate group and people to implement work of high sustentation with concept auto management, assist them through project of “Popular education”
 
  The values that interpose our actions are: Ethics, credibility, respect to the differences, quality of work, strengthen of professional team and taken care community, incentive to the communitarian formation, formation of actors and interlocutors for the participation in the public politics, dignity and commitment.

COMMUNITARIAN FORMATION: Communitarian formation in the “popular education “scope. This project takes care of the deriving communitarian groups of the social movements and churches.
  The work is made in the 2o District of Duque de Caxias (lowered of the State of Rio de Janeiro) Rio de Janeiro. Where we look for to support the groups, with assessor ship and management in social projects,   attending to: Child and adolescents, adult young education and generation of work and income.LOCAL

DEVELOPMENT: The P.D.A Program off development Area_ Had beginning in August 2003, and is supported by World-Wide Vision ONG. This work is developed in net, which is composed by: PROFEC, Aphostolical Catholic Roman Church, Memorial Baptist Church, and Cultural Society Moonlight of Dance, which fights for the defense of the Human Rights and the Ecumenism, preservation and valuation of Children and adolescents of the 2o District of Duque de Caxias – Rio de Janeiro, this project of local development has as objective:

 

 
 
 
EXECUTIVE COORDENATOR
 

Health: To combat the infantile malnutrition, formation of health agents, and familiar accompaniment.

  • Education: Pedagogical workshops pertaining to school complementation, sportive activities, music, circus, playful activities and computer science.
  • Generation of work and income:  To support groups of production, micro credit, cooperativism formation, and professionalizing courses.
  • Spiritual support to fortify the faith (biblical schools)

HUMAN RIGHTS: Profec is an ecumenical organization for Human Rights, developing the Social interchange between churches and movement groups of Duque de Caxias, through meetings and seminaries to fortify the ecumenical net of social development.
Participation and integration of City, State and National groups in forums, propositive intervention in public politics, through right advice.
